Do I need to subscribe to place an order?

You do not have to subscribe. However subscribing is FREE and makes you a VIP Member on Porsha's List. Being a VIP Member, keeps you updated on ALL NEW releases, exclusive promotional offers, and special Porsha Luxe events.
Will I recieve a order confirmation?

A order confirmation email will be sent to the email given in order details. You should receive email within 24 hours of order placement. If you do not receive email within the given time frame please contact customer support.
Can I change my order once it’s placed?

Your order can be changed only in pending status. Once an order is completed it can not be changed.
How long does it take to process an order?

Orders may take upto 24 hours to be processed. However in most cases if orders are submitted before 3pm EST, your order will be processed and shipped same day. If you order after 3pm EST, on a weekend including Friday or Holiday(s) your order will be processed the following business day.
How long does shipping normally take?

Shipping may take up to 3-5 business days via USPS. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email once order has been shipped.

Do you offer refunds?

Under no circumstances we offer refunds, all sales are final. Most cases an exchange will be offered. However in an event the product received is damaged, defective, or missing items please contactcustomer support within 24 hours of receiving the order for further direction.
Which forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We also accept offline payments for MUA only.
Do you offer skincare products also?

Are Porsha Luxe products offered in stores?
